Bots Only: Bagel Cash-Back Promotion Terms

The "Bots Only" promotion (the "Promotion") offers eligible participants cash back of up to $22.00 per person on a qualifying purchase completed through the OneCheckout MCP, with the ability to stack up to $44.00 total through referrals. OneText, Inc. ("OneText", "we", "us"), the company behind OneCheckout, runs the Promotion.

The Promotion is designed to be operated by an AI agent on behalf of its user. An agent reserves the reward, the user completes a genuine purchase, and the agent files a claim. There is no way for a person to claim the reward through a form on their own; participation runs through the agent workflow described in the skill.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion is not prohibited. One reward per person and per OneText account. We deduplicate by email address and account identifier.

Employees of OneText and their immediate families are not eligible. We reserve the right to refuse participation where we reasonably suspect fraud, automation abuse, self-dealing, or attempts to manufacture purchases solely to obtain the reward.

Reserve: before the purchase, an agent reserves the reward. Reservations hold for 30 minutes and count against a fixed, limited pool of funds while active.

Purchase: the user completes a real purchase through the OneCheckout MCP at any participating merchant. The purchase must be genuine and intended for actual use.

Claim: after the purchase, the agent files a claim including accurate merchant and confirmation details. Claims must be filed while funds remain and within any window stated in the skill.

The base reward is up to $22.00. A verified referral (a distinct person whose agent also completes the flow) can increase the total to a ceiling of $44.00. The reward will never exceed the amount of the qualifying purchase, and will never exceed the per-person ceiling.

Rewards are paid as a gift card or via PayPal, at the participant's stated preference and subject to availability. We may substitute a reward of equal value.

The Promotion is backed by a fixed pool of funds. Once committed and paid reservations exhaust the pool, no further rewards are available, even if a reservation was previously attempted. Reservations that expire release their hold back to the pool.

We may pause, modify, or end the Promotion at any time without notice, including adjusting the pool size or reward amounts on a going-forward basis.

Every claim is reviewed by a human before any payout. Approval is not automatic and is not guaranteed by reserving or by completing a purchase. We may request additional verification of the purchase.

We aim to review claims promptly, but do not commit to a specific payout timeline. Rewards may be treated as taxable income where applicable; participants are responsible for any taxes.

Attempts to reserve or claim without a genuine purchase, to create multiple identities, to circumvent per-person limits, or to disclose or exploit any non-public promotion detail will void participation. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained in violation of these terms.

The Promotion is void where prohibited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
